BC Women’s and Children’s Hospital

BC Women’s and Children’s Hospital had a challenge. The uptake by parents and on enhanced in-hospital services they had already paid for through insurance was very low. Staff was reluctant to “sell” even though the added revenue had enormous benefits for the hospital. We first created a branded, highly-engaging campaign called the Sunshine Bundle that gave an engaging personality to the offer,transformed the conversion from single digits to over 90% and brought in millions that helped elevate the hospital’s already high standards of care. Because of the success, we created a subsequent program for expectant moms called Bright Start that had similar positive outcomes.
